Meet at Alumni Patio (the area behind the dining hall at the Alumni building) to walk down to Brushy Fork together. We will go on a walk to get to know the trails and enjoy the nature there! Please bring water and any medications you may need (i.e. inhaler, Epipen).
We will be mulching some of the trees in the lower forest area here at the Pinnacles. Mulching has many benefits including helping with water retention and adding nutrients to the soil as the mulch breaks down. This area gets a lot of use by hikers as well as during the annual craft festival, so …
