Bubbles & Eco-Friendly Water Balloons

Cool down from the mid-summer heat by playing with crocheted, eco-friendly water balloons and making bubbles! We will be in the front lawn area in front of the FOC. Feel free to bring any water toys you have as long as they can be picked up easily/reused (i.e. not traditional water balloons).
