This inquiry-based experiential session asks us to reconsider ways in which humans impact biological cycles in our roles as engineers and consumers. Step-by-step we will build an understanding of the importance of decomposers and of maintaining nutrient-rich soil. We will inquire into human impacts on naturally occurring cycles and ways in which consumer behavior might lessen that impact. Adaptable for grade 4-adult. 1-2 hours.
